Our Management Team
Although the organisation was only recently established, its leadership have been involved in community work on a personal basis over many years. The organisation was set up to pool our resources and scale up our initiatives in order to more effectively help disadvantaged communities. Through the organisation we aim to raise sufficient funds and attract talented volunteers to offer their services. Our leaders are all volunteers from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia. They are involved on a pro bono basis.
MOHD DZULQHIFLY BIN MOHD
Trustee and Programme Director, GDIB
Dzulqhifly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He is currently running his own business.
Prior to this he has held senior management positions in local and multinational companies at regional and international levels. He has many years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and Organisational Development. His area of expertise includes talent management (identification, development and deployment) as well as Performance Management.
FEISAL KASSIM
Trustee and Lead, IT Infrastructure, GDIB
Feizal holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the International Islamic University, Malaysia and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom.
Feizal has many years of experience in Strategic HR Consulting and HR Systems Project Management in in multiple industries including Telecommunication, Automotive, Airlines, Oil & Gas, Government Agencies and International Bodies. In recent years, he has specialised in Human Resource data analytics and have assisted many organizations developing and establishing an effective HR analytics practice.
RAZALI BIN ALWI
Trustee and Programme Advisor, GDIB
Razali holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy) from the University of Malaya. He is currently a Freelance Management Consultant in Malaysia.
Prior to his current position he has many years of experience holding senior positions in public listed companies in multiple industries in the field of Finance and accounting, Corporate Strategy and General Management. He has worked both at national and regional levels. His area of expertise includes business strategy, financial management and organisational development.
MOHAMMAD HAFEEZ
Lead, Finance GDIB
Hafeez holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Royal Melbourne institute of Technology, Australia and is a certified member with CPA Australia.
He is currently the Finance Controller of a European multinational maritime company in Singapore, overseeing its finance operations in Asia. Over the last 11 years, he has held positions in finance and accounting across multiple industries including a 4-year period stationed in the Middle East. His areas of expertise include reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury, internal controls as well as financial systems integration.
MOHAMMAD FARIZ BIN ABDUL RASHID
Lead, Marketing, GIDB
Fariz is currently the CEO and Founder of a group of companies
He is an entrepreneur and self-made businessman. His businesses are in the field of financial advisory, insurance, property, construction and cars both in Singapore and overseas.
DRS. ZULFIAN
Programme Advisor, GDIB
Zulfian holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Riau, Pekan Baru, Indonesia. He is currently running his own business at Tanjung Pinang.
He has many years of experience as an entrepreneur in the retail and transportation industries. In addition, he has travelled widely to many different parts of Indonesia doing missionary work.
DR. MOHD DZULKHAIRIL
Programme Advisor, GDIB
Dzulkhairil obtained his MBBS degree from the University of Adelaide in 2008. He also holds a Diploma in Palliative Medicine from the RACP. Currently he is undergoing his Specialist training in Geriatrics Medicine in Adelaide, Australia.
He has many years of experience as a medical practitioner both in the private and public sector in Australia.
NASSER ISMAIL
Programme Advisor, GDIB
Nasser holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Singapore. He is currently running his own law firm in Singapore.
He has many years of experience as a legal practitioner in Singapore providing both advisory and litigation services in commercial, family and conveyancing matters.
